A Wisconsin woman is charged with fatally poisoning a disabled friend after stealing tens of thousands of dollars from the victim. Jessy Kurczewski, 37, had reportedly called police to the victim’s Pewaukee home, claiming the woman was not breathing. A Waukesha County deputy who responded to the home found the deceased woman lying in a recliner with a large quantity of crushed-up medication on her chest and on a plate located next to her. An autopsy report revealed that the woman had a fatal concentration of tetrahydrozoline in her system when she died. A teen girl and her teen boyfriend make plans to run away together, but when her dad finds out, he puts a stop to it, or so he thought. Two Nevada teens are now behind bars after police say they murdered Daniel Halseth and set his body on fire. According to an arrest warrant, Daniel Halseth’s mother contacted police for a welfare check after she hadn’t heard from him. Halseth’s landlord and a family friend found the 45-year-old burned body inside a garage. Aaron Guerrero, 18, and Sierra Halseth, 16, have been charged. A North Carolina mother accused of killing her then 4-year-old daughter, forced the toddler’s teen sister to help her bury the girl after she died, according to police reports. Charlotte-Mecklenburg County police found the body of Majelic Young in May, but the little girl died months earlier. Majelic’s mother, 31-year-0ld Malikah Dianne Bennett, has been charged with first-degree murder, child abuse, inflicting physical injury, and concealing a death. According to a warrant filed in the case, Majelic’s 13-year-old sister told investigators that the toddler was forced to stand in the laundry room as punishment in August 2020. The girl was not allowed to sit or leave the room for three days — until she was so weak she fell out the back door and her head slammed onto the ground. Cecily Aguilar, the girlfriend of murder suspect Aaron Robinson, asked in March to throw out the confession, saying she was not read her Miranda rights at the start of an interrogation about the whereabouts of Robinson, who was also a Fort Hood soldier. The judge ruled against the motion, saying Aguilar, 22, volunteered the information. Attorneys played some of the interrogation video during the nearly four-hour hearing on Wednesday, KTRK reported. “I’m ready to get this **** over with,” Aguilar says in the video before the interview begins. Robyn Gardner, a 35-year-old native of Bethesda, Maryland, was reported missing during a luxury snorkeling vacation in Aruba. Gary Giordano, a “friend” who took her on a vacation trip to the island, made the report. Ms. Gardner was seen leaving a local restaurant, early in the day.Giordano tells police that he and Gardner went snorkeling together. He indicated that the currents were getting strong and they decided to go back to shore. He said he lost sight of Ms. Gardner, and he thought she had been taken offshore by the strong currents. But when authorities and local citizens say they noticed that Giordano was sweating profusely and had a noticeable scratch on his neck. Local authorities searched the immediate area with no luck. They eventually brought in cadaver dogs to try to find Ms. Gardner, but nothing was found. Indiana police say they believe a 14-year-old girl who vanished a month ago is in danger and is likely no longer in the area. Aaliyah Ramirez, a dance student in Syracuse, was last seen leaving her home just after 8 a.m. on April 27, on her way to school. She never made it to the bus stop. A neighbor’s doorbell camera captured the last known images of the teenager. Police have mentioned three areas where they believe Aaliyah could be — Marion, Indiana, about 70 miles south of Syracuse; Georgia; and Palm Beach County, Florida — but they’ve released very little other information. Casey Anthony back in the news after calling 911 to report that a woman had thrown a drink on her at a Florida bar. The incident allegedly stemmed from the fact that the woman and Anthony had dated the same man, a police sergeant. The reported incident involving Anthony and patron Thelma Moya occurred on May 23 at O’Shea’s Irish Pub in West Palm Beach. Anthony told responding officers that she and Moya got into an argument and that she wanted to file a report as Moya verbally and physically assaulted her. She alleged that Moya threw a drink at her because Allison was texting her. California Police arrest two fatal road-rage shooting of 6-year-old Aiden Leos. Marcus Anthony Eriz, 24, and Wynne Lee, 23, were arrested in Costa Mesa Sunday night more than two weeks after Aiden Leos was fatally shot in his mother’s car. Police believe that Lee was driving the vehicle and the Eriz fired at least once into the car where Leos was riding in the backseat. A Texas woman behind bars in connection with the death of 5-year-old Samuel Olson reportedly had plans to flee the state with his body. According to a motion for bail obtained by the Daily Beast, 26-year-old Theresa Balboa is accused of making plans with friends to travel to Louisiana with the child’s remains. She was captured in Jasper, Texas, at a Best Western motel before she could carry out her plans after a friend called in a tip to Crime Stoppers. Balboa is the girlfriend of Samuel’s father, Dalton Olson. Balboa was transferred back to Houston on Friday, on charges of tampering with evidence. She’ll likely face additional charges once the autopsy results are available. As CrimeOnline previously reported, Samuel was reportedly last seen May 3 in Houston, in the 8800 block of McAvoy Drive.
