On the scariest night of the year, two women met real-life terror. In 2008, Arpana Jinaga hosted a costume party in her Seattle apartment and was found strangled days later, her killer still unknown. On Halloween morning in 1981, Sister Tadea Benz was murdered inside her Amarillo convent, a case that may have ended with the wrong man executed. The scariest part of Halloween is knowing justice never came.
