Decades later, Pedro Hernandez was convicted of his murder. But this summer, a federal court overturned that conviction, ruling he deserved a new trial. Now, prosecutors are taking the fight to the U.S. Supreme Court in a final push to restore the verdict in a case that changed how America searches for its missing children.
