FedEx Driver Who Kidnapped and Killed 7-Year-Old Pleads Guilty on Day One of Trial

In Texas, the capital murder trial of FedEx driver Tanner Horner who abducted and killed a 7-year-old in 2022 took a dramatic turn on its very first day when he pleaded guilty, sending the case directly into the punishment phase where jurors will now decide whether he lives or dies. In North Carolina, a paramedic charged with poisoning his wife with eyedrops has pleaded not guilty at his arraignment. In Pennsylvania, two people were arraigned after authorities say they killed a man inside his own home after he spent months trying to get them to leave. And in South Florida, rapper Offset was shot outside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, and was just released in stable condition after being hospitalized.
