Ashley Fisler is accused of sex crimes involving a former middle school student of hers in New Jersey. During a detention hearing on April 1, 2026 in Gloucester County, a prosecutor discussed a number of claims from text messages when arguing Fisler should be detained. Fisler's attorney said the text messages "lack context."
