Ben was dropped off to child care on the morning of January 14, 2009 as a happy, healthy 17 month old little boy. During the afternoon hours Ben's caregiver 22 year old Melissa Calusinski found him unresponsive without explanation. What ensues is a lengthy investigation that seems pretty cut and dry at first until discoveries are made that include possible human error, cover ups and confessions that are getting a second look.
