Jill Cahill was lying in a hospital bed having spent 6 months recovering from a savage attack, an attack that shattered her skull and put her in a coma. Her attacker was her Husband Jeff.
Jeff and Jill Cahill from the outside seemed to have a happy and fulfilled marriage. A home with the white picket fence, two beautiful kids and animals to match but all was far from perfect. The couple had been dealing with some serious issues within their marriage and would eventually separate.
On April 21, 1996 Jeff and Jill had a terrible argument while their kids slept and the argument soon turned violent when Jeff viciously attacked her with a baseball bat putting Jill in the hospital.
On October 27th of that same year, staffers at the University Hospital in Syracuse New York, noticed a strange man at the hospital dressed in a maintenance uniform wearing a wig and glasses.
When Jill's nurse went to check on her, she found her gasping for air, the following morning Jill was dead.
