On July 6, 2012, Skylar Neese snuck out of her bedroom window in Star City, West Virginia, to meet up with her friends Shelia Eddy and Rachel Shoaf. As she climbs out of her bedroom window and across the carp park of her units a CCTV camera sees her jump into a car and drive off. This footage would be the last time Skylar was seen alive.
For six months, her fate was a mystery, until a chilling revelation finally exposed the truth.
