On the morning of June 3rd, 1990, 21 year old Beth Buege was found slumped over in her car, which had been parked and abandoned in a suburban neighborhood in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She had been strangled to death. Despite heavy suspicion and circumstantial evidence surrounding one person in particular, Beth Buege still has not received justice.
