On April 2 2021 6-year-old Corey Micciolo was taken to Southern Ocean County Medical Center in New Jersey by Christopher Gregor. Corey sadly died at 502pm, alone without his mother present. Corey had been discharged from Jersey Shore Medical Center the night before and was given a clean bill of health, bar many bruises and contusions on his body after he was abused by Gregor on a treadmill on March 20 2021. Corey was due to be interviewed on April 2 by a trained child abuse evaluator – he never made that appointment.
Laura and Breanna unravel the timeline going to back to when she first met Gregor, his behaviour and the warning signs prior to sweet Corey’s death. Trigger warning: this is not an easy listen but it’s important and might save a child’s life.
