The Doctor who sold Ketamine and injected Matthew Perry with the drug has agreed to plead guilty in the beloved actor's death. Dr. Salvador Plasencia has agreed to plead guilty to four counts of Ketamine distribution and could face up to 40 years in Federal Prison.
