James Buttler, the Cricket Badger, meets former England player Roland Butcher. Roland takes on the Cricket Badger 20 Questions to chat about his life and times in the sport.
The first black cricketer to play for England, he played three Tests and three ODIs in 1980 and 1981. A Middlesex stalwart through many glory years between 1974 and 1990, Roland was awarded the Freedom of the City of London in October 2022.
