Dr Thomas Fletcher joins the Cricket Badger, James Buttler, to chat about racism in Yorkshire cricket, south Asian engagement at all levels and what can be done to make things better in the county, and beyond. The Fletcher Report 2014 was referred to at Azeem Rafiq's appearance at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport Select Committee Hearing, although noticeably not everyone knew about its existence.
