Elijah Lester Isbill, 74, died from a heart arrhythmia because of underlying hypertensive and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. Among other details, the report states that Isbill had fractured ribs consistent with resuscitative intervention, but he did not have any life-threatening injuries. Following an altercation with First Responders who were called due to Isbill suffering a Medical Emergency.
