I was on the trail walking (beware of the walking sounds!) and was thinking about attention and focus and the vast upscale in attention deficit disorder diagnoses and autism spectrum diagnoses, and as usual, I am always looking for the beautiful in things, so these are some of my weird non-expert non-medical thoughts on that and the future of humanity.

“I shouldn’t have to pay for…” an inquiry is about something that happened to me recently which I am honestly and vulnerability sharing in the hopes it sets you as free as it did me. 💞

I woke up from a dream in which a character I was working with asked me (about social gatherings) "at what point do you lose connection?" - and I woke up with that question and its answer all unraveled in a lovely thread that resulted in this podcast. I know it came at the PERFECT time and trust the gift it's bringing us. Enjoy!

I was just basking in the glow of the incredible gift of being an introvert (as I am) at this time in the world and if you resonate with that term at all, I think you will appreciate this too 😭 🥹

how many of you grew up hearing SOME version of: "you don't know how good you have it!" - most of you? 😂 yah, it's kind of a trend throughout history. 😉 I had a new aha and connection here that I thought might be helpful, and I cap it all off with a share that honestly makes me squirm and scares the pants off of me, but I also know it's so important, so I'm doing it.

It can so incredibly empowering to see how the thing that is happening in our life that we do not want to be happening, is actually something that PART of us absolutely wants to be happening, and is actually ENJOYING happening! This theme came up multiple times this week and I feel like it's super important right now for those of us who care about living a self-led life. ❤️ Enjoy my rant! 😂

If you notice you have static or turbulence come up in your energy when someone gets to talking about being of service or making your work more of service or how you can serve people better and YET at the same time you KNOW that it IS in fact your authentic desire to help people and to have a positive impact on people's lives and the world in some way, but you still feel this static around that kind of talk, this episode may help. There's just some clarity you're wanting for yourself. ❤️

I’ve heard this brought up a lot lately, and the short answer is: to me it does. Changing the way I thought about money and changing my relationship with money COMPLETELY changed my life. And completely changed my money. It seems almost silly to me to ask this question, honestly, it would be like asking if how you think about your partner or child matters. Of course it freaking matters! 😆 lol, it means EVERYTHING to how you see them, feel about them, receive them, and interact with them... tune in to listen to me gab about this.

This one comes from a question I received about a business rule or framework about clients and customers and finding your perfect fit people, but what I felt was really at the heart of it was this. Applicable to anyone who has ever experienced rejection, which is ALL OF US. 😂❤️

People think this work is about avoiding hard moments or hard things, it is NOT that, not for me anyway, this work is about meeting those moments with your power of choice that's all, even when you don't know how the hell it's going to be okay or different. Listen in if you need the reminder or are in such a place. ❤️

We all know the power of neutralizing attachment in reality creation and manifestation, and we also know that when we are trying to create things we have a lot of conflict about it's SO much harder to create that then when you don't. Have a listen to neutralize some conflict/guilt/shame you may be carrying about your business and money pursuits.

Thinking about audacity this morning and how it is laying claim to what you want. 💥

Some beautiful results I saw recently, and also how I realized that I absolutely loathed the word 'results' because it's so biz-lingo it was driving me crazy, but how I suddenly made peace with it.

I've got a bee in my bonnet on this one 😂 🐝, which lets me know it's something I'm super passionate about... which lets me know it's part of my chosen purpose and path for what I want to create in my world and leave this world.

If I could leave the world ONE thing or understanding about money it would be this. Because everything on top of that is born out of the foundation of this. It is the one thing that has changed my life the most: re-directing my source of safety to myself/source.

Let's talk about self-doubt and self-sabotage and how to meet them.

Today I'm talking about a trap you may often get yourself caught in as a creator and how to get yourself back out. 😂

I've talked about this a lot in my space, because it's important to me, and it's something I really want to understand in myself and the world, why we play these mind games, and why we feel we have to, I get it, it's purposeful! ... but I recently realized the real REAL base reason why I do this and I wanted to honor it and just share it in case it resonates with you too. 💞

If you ever feel sickly jealous or resentful or angry at people who are "taken care of" with money and do not have to make or earn money to be held, safe and okay, this one's for you. There is something you're wanting from yourself here, there's something you're wanting to know, and you can absolutely have that and know that too. ❤️
