Kevin was first introduced to real estate at 19, and started out buying single family homes, primarily for cash-flow.
Mobile home parks came about to Kevin in a very unexpected way when networking at an event!
He quickly started to pick his brain and realized mobile home parks were a great asset class for him!
Now that Kevin has became an expert in this asset class, he started a fund to give investors the opportunity to capitalize on mobile home park communities as well.
