Steeve Breton is the founder of Velocity Capital, a private equity real estate investment company. He has invested in over 1,400 apartment units and has diverse real estate investing experience including single family flips, small-multifamily buy & hold, and large multifamily syndications.
Prior to founding Velocity Capital, Steeve built a successful career in BioTech and IT Systems management where he's responsible for multi-million dollar projects.
