Brandon's first step into real estate was when he decided to sell his house for a profit of $20,000.
His motivation behind this was to go backpack through Europe. Turner pioneered the BRRR strategy before it was heavily marketed thing.
The story behind that is rather interesting.. Brandon simply couldn't sell the house for what he wanted! So he got creative put a renter in the property, got it refinanced, and fell in love with the process.
Turner has also been involved in some house hacking as well as the growth of the well known BiggerPockets.
