Natural selection isn’t evolution—it was actually discovered by creationists before Darwin. This fundamental biological process works by “reproduction of the fittest,” not survival alone. Post-Fall, it operates primarily as a culling force that removes information rather than creating it.
Can beneficial mutations truly drive upward evolution? The evidence reveals they’re typically “downhill” changes—breaking existing functions that happen to provide survival advantages, like bacteria losing receptors to resist viruses or polar bears losing pigmentation for camouflage.
