On today episode I wanted to speak about two stories that happened in the past week. Both are athletes who are struggling mentally, Tiger Woods and Jaden Ivey. Even though they are in their different stages in life, both are going into a steep slope.
I wanted to address this topic for the reasons of why men may be struggling physically and mentally. In today society it seems that men are going through bad times alone. I think we need to speak openly to correct this behavior....
