Brad Schwartz who wrote two books on Ness: Scarface and the Untouchable and Eliot Ness and the Mad Butcher. Unrelated to Ness, Schwartz wrote about the cultural phenomenon that was The War of the Worlds in his book, Broadcast Hysteria.
