The focus is on Professor Yardley's article, co-written by award winning crime analysis & founder of the Paladin National Stalking Advocacy Service, Laura Richards, titled The Elephant in the Room: Towards an Integrated Feminist Analysis of Mass Murder. A truly eye-opening work that shines a spotlight on the motivations behind mass violence and how that is historically rooted in domestic violence.

Liz is a Professor of Criminology at the School of Social Science, Birmingham City University. She is passionate about making a difference to the lives of those affected by violence and challenging the myths and stereotypes around crime.
