Poseidon has been around since 2013 and is a staple in the Ventura County craft scene. Co-founder and head brewer Brian Oliver, aka Olly, and assistant brewer Anthony Stotts, aka Ant, sit down to talk brewing, surviving a pandemic, and their love for craft beer.Olly talks about his previous life as an underwater construction diver with the Navy, how he transitioned to brewing, and how he discovered (and couldn't get rid of) assistant brewer Ant.
