This report contrasts two views of humanity: disposable man versus dominion man. Disposable man is seen as irrelevant and expendable, a product of a world that has rejected God’s eternal standards and fallen into relativism and meaninglessness. Dominion man, by contrast, is created in God’s image to exercise responsible dominion over creation under God’s law, embracing both permanence (God’s unchanging truth) and change (growth and development). True command of history comes only through submission to God’s Word, calling Christians to godly reconstruction. The choice before us is clear: will we be disposable men, lost to history’s drift, or dominion men, fulfilling God’s sovereign purpose?
