Discussing the first week of West Virginia Football's 2019 spring football practices. Additionally, a brief summary of WVU's first ever team scrimmage under new Head Coach Neal Brown is provided, including what players stood out in the scrimmage, and just how multiple position battles appear to be shaking out thus far. 

Previewing the 2019 edition of WVU Football Spring Practice which begins on Tuesday March 19th, including detailing injuries and position changes. Additionally, we briefly preview the position battles that will be occurring during  the practices, leading up to the 2019 Spring Game on April 13th. 

Detailing the newly completed West Virginia Football Assistant Coaching Staff. Complete with each coaches' position title and a sound clip where each coach themselves gives their own thoughts in regards to their hiring. 

Detailing the final 3 assistant hirings that round out the new WVU Football coaching staff. Additionally, we recap signing day and give an in-depth breakdown of the 2019 West Virginia Football recruiting class as it currently stands. 

6th update of the '18-'19 WVU Men's Basketball season. Recapping the games that have occurred in the latter part of January for the Mountaineers. Followed by previewing the upcoming conference games for West Virginia, as they will take on Iowa State and Oklahoma this week. 

In this WVU Football off-season update, we discuss Oklahoma's attempt to block QB Austin Kendall from being immediately eligible at West Virginia, and then the school's subsequent freeing of Kendall resulting in him enrolling at WVU. We also discuss some more recent additions to Neal Brown's coaching staff. 

Discussing the departure of Dana Holgorsen and how it came to be, as well as discussing the hiring of Neal Brown to be the new head coach of the West Virginia Football Program. In addition, we discuss how the new coaching staff is unfolding and what coach Brown's offensive and defensive schemes may look like. 

We discuss the opening to Big 12 conference play for the Mountaineers and the current state of the 2018-2019 WVU men's basketball team before previewing their next 2 upcoming contests. 

We provide our in-depth preview of the 2018 West Virginia Mountaineers' Bowl Game as they prepare to take on the Syracuse Orange in the Camping World Bowl. We discuss the personnel of both squads, including players that will be inactive for both teams and how it may effect the game. To conclude, we select our x-factor for the game and provide our score prediction. 

We recap the 2018 WVU Football season by handing out our season awards and superlatives, including play of the year, game of the year, offensive and defensive MVPs, plus many more. We also assess the season with an overall letter grade, and then discuss some news pertaining to the Camping World Bowl and the future of the West Virginia Football program as a whole. 

The fourth update of the 2018 West Virginia Men's Basketball Season. On this episode, we recap WVU's games against Youngstown State, Florida, and pitt and discuss the Mountaineers' performance over that span of games. To follow, we preview the upcoming game for West Virginia as they prepare to take on the Rhode Island Rams.

In the 3rd update of the 2018 WVU basketball season, we recap West Virginia wins over Valparaiso and Rider from this past week, as well as look ahead and preview the upcoming game against the Youngstown State Penguins.

Recapping West Virginia's 59-56 loss to the Oklahoma Sooners in the season finale of the 2018 WVU Football Season. Followed by discussing the news of Offensive Coordinator Jake Spavital taking a Head Coaching job at Texas Sate and who are the candidates to replace him. We also talk possible bowl game matchups, and where we would like to see the Mountaineers play during the bowl season.

Joined by Steven Vestal of AlmostHeavenAthletics.com, the guys recap the WVU loss to Oklahoma State and review what all went wrong. Following that, they look ahead to preview the upcoming vastly important game against the Oklahoma Sooners in the final game of the regular season in Morgantown.
