Frustrating to live through, though fascinating to witness

This era which has become difficult to live through though fascinating to witness because tens of millions of people have decided to embrace that approach. Idiocy is rapidly becoming embraced, which is what this fumbling, bumbling and incompetent administration needs to entrench power if we don't push back.
