Show Notes

This week Jake and Callan are joined by one of their mentors, Chek faculty member and physiotherapist - Suzi Nevell.
This is Suzi's second appearance on the podcast after being on back in April of 2022.

Suzi’s 27-year professional career as a physiotherapist describes not only her extraordinary qualifications and experience, but also the founding philosophy behind unique practice Sweet7. After some years touring the world with a variety of high performance athletes and sports teams, and becoming New Zealand’s Women’s Trampoline Champion, Suzi moved to the United States.

While there, she was invited by Paul Chek to join the CHEK Institute’s senior teaching staff in San Diego. Over the course of the next 16 years, she absorbed Paul’s teachings on blending physical, nutritional, mental, emotional and spiritual coaching into a coaching model for health.

The boys and Suzi dive deep into how her mentoring has influenced them in their practice, the importance of understanding and nailing the basics, better understanding the SI joint, atlas, when to use stretching, tissue-work and exercise for rehabilitation and much more!

Enjoy the show!
