She is the author of six cookbooks, including her latest book, The Vermont Farm Table Cookbook: 10th Anniversary Edition. Medeiros is an avid proponent of the farm-to-table movement. She travels as a guest speaker and cooking instructor, emphasizing her commitment to the sustainable food movement. She resides in northern Vermont with her family. On today's show, we talk about Tracey's evolution as a cookbook author, selecting farmers, chefs, and producers for contributions to her book, and how her cookbook work has shaped her as a resident of the Green Mountains and a cook.
