Show Notes

Hello, and welcome to another episode of the podcast. Today I'm excited to have an interview with Georgina Hayden. Georgina is a cook, food writer and stylist, and the author of Nistisima: The Secret to Delicious Vegan Cooking from the Mediterranean. Nistisima, filled with stories, tips, trips, and photography, explores not only plant-based eating but the practice of fasting from animal products during Lent in the Orthodox religion. Listen in as Georgie and I discuss her third book, pushing the boundaries of food and cooking with a discussion of religious practices, her love and focus on Greek and Cypriot food, and how she learned to write recipes and become a part of Jamie Oliver's team.
