On May 7 the North Carolina House of Representatives debated and voted upon two pieces of legislation supported by Convention of States Action and sponsored by Rep. Dennis Riddell. COSA's Article V application (numbered H 379, setting the topics for constitutional amendments) as well as its 34|Ready bill (numbered HB 214, governing delegates to an Article V convention) received back-to-back favorable votes.
