On January 16, 2024, the Massachusetts Joint Committee on Veterans and Federal Affairs heard testimony from Rep. Steven Xiarhos, Michael Farris, and local citizens on our application calling for an Article V convention to stop federal overreach, impose term limits, and set fiscal restraints. This recording has been edited to remove dead air and portions of the hearing that did not directly deal with COS Action's legislation.

On January 31, 2017, the Arizona House Federalism, Property Rights and Public Policy Committee held on a hearing on the Convention of States Action resolution. Later that year the Arizona legislature voted to become the ninth state to join the COS movement.
