On April 22 the Colorado House Committee on State, Civic, Military & Veterans Affairs heard public testimony and voted on HJR 24-1024 (Convention of States Action's Article V Resolution). Co-Founder Michael Farris and many COS Colorado citizen activists testified and answered questions from the committee. Regional Director Deanna Becket joins the broadcast for recap and reaction.
