Today’s guest believes that he has the legal ingredients to use religious liberty to essentially neuter the vaccine mandate. Brian Festa, a civil rights attorney from Connecticut and founder of legal service company WeThePatriotsUSA.org, has so far successfully worked to secure a temporary injunction against the New York mandate and believes he has the right argument for the Supreme Court to ultimately use against the other mandates.
