Today, we tackle two insane ideas we could never have imagined until last year: endless masking and the advent of vaccine passports. I explain how the two are inextricably tied together, and because we failed to fight the former, we will now suffer the latter. We need to fight back with lawsuits and in legislatures. I offer a blueprint for that fight as well as some ideas for lawsuits.
