We need to stop equivocating over using power to reverse the Left’s power grabs. This is true both in politics and law. Today, I’m joined by my friend Josh Hammer, a legal scholar and opinion editor of Newsweek, to discuss his new vision for a “common good originalism.” Josh believes we can no longer remain neutral in the court system when the Left is so active. We need to start looking more at outcomes and results and not get so hung up on process, when the Left couldn’t care less about any rules.
