Coronavirus and crime. They both spread like, well, viruses. The difference is that a virus like flu is impossible to stop and will percolate everywhere. Crime, on the other hand, is mainly confined to known repeat offenders. If we only incapacitated them, we’d solve most crime problems. I also discuss the news of the president testing positive for the virus.
