Today, we are joined by Derek Muller, associate professor at Pepperdine Law School, to give a long and broad view of the judiciary. Derek makes a strong case for nominating Judge Amy Coney Barrett. At the same time, he agrees that we need to move away from relying on the judiciary, because the Left seems to have the game rigged no matter how many justices we appoint. He also warns about lower court judges remaking the election process before our eyes.
