We are joined today by Steve McLaughlin, county executive of Rensselaer County, New York. Despite being in Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s back yard outside Albany, McLaughlin stood up to both Cuomo's order to accept COVID-positive patients in nursing homes and to continue shutting down businesses. Steve tells the story of the real Cuomo – how at any given moment, he did the opposite of what prudence dictates.
