When you pursue your own happiness and fulfillment the decisions you make might confuse or disappoint the people around you, which can lead to doubt and uncertainty in your own thinking.
We find that we define ourselves through the eyes of others. But is it really who we are? We have to be able to get rid of stress and inaccurate input that has accumulated in our awareness, in our consciousness of our own reality, in order to find the true Self that we are.
