In the midst of a deadly world we find refuge and true life flowing from the person and work of Jesus to His glory and honor.

Jesus' saving work restores the people of God and compels all creation to join them in praise.

Jesus eliminates His enemies by making them His friends.

Jesus sunk to the depths to take the reproach that we deserved, so that the outcasts sing about Him.

Jesus died under human hatred to forge a new treaty (new covenant) between God and sinners that welcomed them into His kingdom.

In Christ it is not true that you are separated from God.

We express righteous anger against evil, because in Christ, God has perfectly defeated our enemies.

God is truly good to His people.

When God delivers his people from the enemies of sin and death, they proclaim victory to themselves and to the nations.

God glorifies himself by saving his people to his own favor and God glorifies himself by destroying his enemies.

Boast in Jesus so that others can hear you! David did it, you can too.

God the Father delights to save his children through His Son, Jesus the righteous king.

It is the business of everyone, everywhere, by all means to praise the One who has done great things on our behalf, Jesus!

Remember, this is not about denying our desires. It is denying ourselves, submitting to Christ, and getting new and better desires.

We pray fervently that His kingdom's agenda will bring glory to Himself through His people. Jesus gives us a perfect prayer, driven by the very heart of God.

The only way to be freed from the slavery of the approval of others is to receive by faith the approval of our Heavenly Father in Christ.

God shows us a love that is other worldly by loving His enemies and making us His friends.

Jesus is the promises of God fulfilled, the truth in the flesh, and in Him there is no deceit.

We are set apart by the purifying and renewing work of Jesus.

Because of Jesus, we are counted among those who rejoice.

Renewal includes orienting our entire lives, every single part, around God's Word to us.

We cry out in our sin and distress when we believe that God is good and will deliver us as He has promised.

God is faithful to keep His promise to bring renewal.

Renewal includes repentance and generosity.

God renews, equips, and protects his people.

The Lord rebuilds His people through the work of His chosen servant, Jesus.

Renewal begins when we have deep sorrow for those without the hope of Christ and respond to God's call to move toward them.

The actions we take in faith are not to get something from God. They are to experience more of his grace.

God is present to renew His people in Jesus, the Word made flesh, the most compelling leader.
