Faith in a resurrecting God is seeing the test of faith and calculating that God is a better bet, that even if obedience takes us to death, the resurrecting God will allow us to say: we will come again.

By faith, we must resist our worldly desires, replacing them with confidence in and contemplating Jesus and his Better City.

Faith in Jesus is the readiness to let go of things at the call of God and seeing the promise of God as substantial as its realization.

Faith obeys God's word, stands in contrast to the world, and anticipates salvation through judgment.

Walking with God by faith interrupts the cycle of death.
