In this week's podcast I talk about developmental milestones and why they are important, and why they are not, especially in complicated, or orchid kids. I talk about how often we should check in on these milestones, how that changes with age, and what we need to do to support our child being where they are at the moment. These milestones are just an average age for when a child should be performing certain behaviors and does not mean that every child MUST be doing these things to be okay.
