Show Notes

Today Carrie and I are going to talk about the different network support programs, conferences, educational webinars & events available to those affected by Alzheimer’s.

Carrie McBride joined the Alzheimer's Association in 2017, shortly after her sister was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia at the young age of 54. Carrie also lost her father to dementia in 2013 and her mother is currently living with Alzheimer's. Helping families like hers who are facing dementia is her passion and purpose. Carrie is also a member of (DAC), Dementia Action Collaborative, the group responsible for implementing the Alzheimer's State Plan in Washington State.
