Laramide Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based company with diversified uranium assets strategically positioned in the United States and Australia. The Company’s projects include Churchrock and ISR project, La Sal and La Jara Mesa project, Westmoreland project, and Murphy project. The Churchrock project is located on the western end of the grants mineral Belt in the main portion of the historic Churchrock Mining District, approximately 10 miles north-northeast of Gallup, New Mexico. The La Sal project is a conventional hard-rock asset in Utah, United States. The La Jara Mesa project is a sandstone-hosted roll front style deposit in New Mexico. The Westmoreland project is located in a mining province with favorable infrastructure and logistical support and can be accessed both from the city of Mt Isa (350 kilometers (km)) which has an airport and from Karumba (260 km), which has a port facility. The Murphy Uranium project consists of 683.5 square kilometers of granted exploration tenure.
