Stefanie Reis, an IMT member in Boston and registered nurse, discusses with Socialist Revolution editor John Peterson on her experience as a frontline worker: the working conditions, the growing discontent due to hospital administration mismanagement, but also the growing class consciousness and militancy among healthcare workers.
