In this episode, Schuyler's mother shares the story of her two abortions, and Schuyler shares her experience of an appointment that came... and went. In a society that has made pro-choice or pro-life a black and white decision, this episode embraces the reality that abortion is non-binary – “not composed of or involving just two things.” In the greyscale, degrees of truth emerge, and maybe (just maybe) a middle path reveals itself.
