Valerie Huber, president of the Institute for Women’s Health, discusses the Geneva Consensus Declaration for promoting women’s health and strengthening the family. Despite the Biden Administration pulling out of the declaration, more countries have joined, affirming the dignity of the individual and that there is no international human right to abortion. While international organizations push anti-family agendas, the Declaration emphasizes the importance of the family as foundational to every healthy society and the need to respect the sovereign right of countries to defend their values. Huber also discusses the challenges faced by countries that hold conservative values and the work of the Institute for Women's Health in supporting and empowering governments to defend these values.
