Welcome to Common Prayer, where we go through the Book of Common Prayer's Daily Office (Morning and Evening Prayer) to help us spend some quality time with God. Also, I spent a little time reflecting about praying from the heart in liturgy, but if you need to get to the service quickly, it starts around the 9:00 mark.
