Keeping with the Mental health format, Kevin and Liam break down their own week respectivley. Liam this week has a little more to chat about as he has picked up a little injury in the last week. Kev asks Liam through his thought process to see what his plan will be to rehab the injury. For once this episode looks into more of Liam's mind towards an injury and how he may rehab. The two boys then go over a past injury that liam had and how he dealt with the mentally and how Liam may attack this rehab stint... There is, as always, loads of laughs as we go throughout the episode. So listen and laugh along to the two guys as this epidoe progresses...
