Keeping with the Theme of this season so far for the podcast. Liam asks Kevin through points from the last episode that he thought couldve been elaborated on a bit. The main reason behind the plan for this one is to maybe to allow Kev to realise he may be doing too much. Kev talks his way through how he feels about work and keeping 'Switched on' the whole time and how it makes him feel. Later through the episode kev switched things up on Liam and asks a couple of questions to see his thought process on a few things in his life that may have shaped the two of the lads in their own ways respectivley. As the end of the episode nears, Liam poses one singular training question to Kev... Listen to find out what it is and how Kev responds to it... As always, theres a few laughs along the way, enjoy.
